Conference Speaker

About the Speaker, John C. Rosenbek, Ph.D.

Dr. Rosenbek is Professor and Chair in the Department of Communicative Disorders, College of Public Health and Health Professions, University of Florida. He is nationally and internationally known for his expertise in the evaluation and treatment of neurogenic communication disorders and swallowing. With colleagues he developed SWAL-QOL and the Penetration-Aspiration Scale. He serves as coordinator for the cognitive initiative of the VA Brain Rehabilitation Research Center and on the steering committee of the Rehabilitation Science Ph.D. program. He is the author of Dysphagia and Movement Disorders, Plural Publishing, 2007.

Recruiters
The Registration rate is $85.00. The deadline for registration is March 30, 2008. Please use the Job Fair Recruiters Application Form to sign up. Job Fair recruiters (one from each organization) will receive a free continental breakfast and lunch, compliments of CSHA.

CSHA is approved by the Continuing Education Board of the American Speech- language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to provide continuing education activities in speech-language and audiology. This program is offered for 0.7 CEU (intermediate level; professional level). ASHA CE provider approval does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedures.  

Adams State College Credit
Graduate credit will be available through Adams State College
Extended Studies Program. Academic course registration
and tuition payment of $22.50 will take place at the conference.

A general certificate of attendance will be available for all
attendees.
