Invitation to Exhibitors and Sponsorship Opportunities
|
|
You are cordially invited to participate in CSHA’s 2010
Fall Convention scheduled for October 15 and 16, 2010 at the
Doubletree Hotel- Denver Tech in Denver, Colorado. This
exciting event will feature nationally renowned speaker Louise
Rossetti from the University of Wisconsin, as well as numerous
local presenters. We anticipate attendance of 200 or more
professionals from diverse work environments including
schools, hospitals, long term care facilities and private
practices from around the state and region. We feel this will
be an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to introduce their
products and services or present their employment
opportunities to speech-language pathologists and audiologists
from around Colorado.
To
broaden the opportunities for showcasing your business, we are
pleased to offer several exhibitor options and hope that one
will work for you:
Exhibit Booth:
Standard tables are 6 feet
by 3 feet. Exhibitor rate is $200 per table for all day Friday
and half day Saturday. Each table includes two chairs and a
waste basket. To Exhibit on Friday only, the rate is $150.
Unattended Display: This option is
provided for those who are unable to attend in person, but
would still like to provide materials for display. The fee is
$100 per display. Unattended exhibits will be set up Friday
and Saturday. A display is one-half of a 6-foot table.
Wireless Internet: Wireless internet
access will be available for an additional $25 per exhibitor.
The convention sessions will run from 8am to 4:30 pm on
Friday and 8am to noon on Saturday. Exhibits may be set up
Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and will be located in
the front foyer area outside of the breakout rooms. Friday
exhibit hours will be from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and
Saturday hours will be from 7:00 a.m. until noon. All breaks
will be held in the Exhibit area.
