Group Memberships
Group Memberships are available when people from the same workplace join CSHA. Discounts are available based on the number of members.
6-10 Members = 20% discount per member
11+ Members = 25% discount per member
Group Membership Applications:
- Printable Group Membership Form→ Employer must complete this form and include it with all individual printable membership applications. All documents can be mailed or faxed with a check or credit card for payment.
- Online Group Membership Form→ Complete this online form and include scanned membership applications. This online version is available with credit card payment only.
Mentorship Program
We are looking for CSHA members who are interested in volunteering to serve as mentors for undergraduate and graduate students at University of Colorado Boulder, University of Northern Colorado and Metropolitan State University.

NEW Program: CF Supportive Peer Network
Are you in your Clinical Fellowship? Do you want to meet others in their CF throughout Colorado? Do you want to have a peer support network to connect with outside of your professional mentor? Then this group will be for you!
- Select CF Membership when you join or renew your membership
- Connect with other Colorado CFs virtually and/or in person
- CSHA Membership team will help to connect CFs
- Join the private Facebook group associated with CSHA to connect with others.
- CF members must hold a master’s degree with major emphasis in speech-language pathology or speech and hearing science. Students who have been a CSHA member for one year prior to graduation are eligible for a discounted membership rate of $50 for the first year.

CSHA Chat
Join SLPs, SLPAs and audiologists to talk about hot topics, meet for social hour, network and connect! CSHA Chat events will take place quarterly throughout Colorado.

CSHA members are invited to post their job opportunities on the CSHA website. The career center is designated specifically for positions in the Colorado area for speech-language therapists and audiologists. This is a great resource for students to utilize as they are nearing graduation or in search of a position!
